woo hoo! The scale budged! Two pounds less than last week--we're on the move, now.
I have 3 weeks until checkpoint #2 at which time I'm suppose to weigh 150. That's a little bit of a stretch based on weigh-in today. In Biggest Loser world, it's totally doable. :) At my first checkpoint I was 6 lbs shy of goal. If I can weigh in at 156 this time, I'll still have lost the amount of weight I had set up to lose originally. That's only 9 more lbs...still alot but possible!
I didn't eat as well as I could have this last week. I'm going to do better this week. I've been measuring everything and eating more roughage (lettuce, sprouts, spinach, carrots, grapes, melon, etc.). And taking my multi-vitamin!
