This is what I had for breakfast this morning:
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 banana
1 Tblsp. peanut butter
1 cup skim milk
3 ice cubes
Together it was 436 calories. More than I usually have for breakfast--but we'll see if I can stay full until lunch!
I'm looking forward to weigh-in tomorrow. I'm hoping to lose at least 2 lbs. I've been working out nearly every day (I threw in a rest day once I think) and most days have done really well on calorie count. My saboteurs--pizza (on both Thursday and Friday nights!!) and a chocolate cookie dough blizzard from Dairy Queen (I at least split it with Olivia). If it weren't for those three instances, I'd be hoping for more than 2 lbs! ha!
